Offer to Owners

GSA can offer their clients the following:

A pool of 1000 STCW qualified Officers and seamen with experience of a wide range of vessels from Coasters to ULCCs

The establishment of an individual pool of seamen, who would rotate on a clients vessels, thereby ensuring continuity and an understanding of the individual company s working practises

Working with a Manning agent well versed in the requirements of ISO 9002 and the ISM Code, which can ensure that all crewing aspects meet the code requirements

Concluding extensive Interviews and Reviwing previous performance to ensure that the best possible candidate is selected for the specific assignment and co-ordinating client involvement in this stage if required

Arranging any required visas for crewmembers including USA visa or German working visas for ISR vessels etc.

Outfitting of working clothes and Uniform according to Clients specification

Riding squads for repairs, overhauls, Tank cleaning, Delivery to breakers etc.

All Technical services including New-building supervision and inspections, Repair yard supervision, pre-acquisition Surveys etc.

Transportation to or from vessels by bus in North and South Europe and competitive flight costs world-wide

Distribution of Allotments or Final wages at clients request

KGA can provide all services required during ship s staying in Polish ports

A basic fee of USD EUR (to negotiate) per monh per man (Pro-Rata).
Working clothes, Uniforms, visas, transportation are charged at cost.
We do not, repeat not, charge our seamen any Registration fees or Employment fees of any kind.
Client will be invoiced on a monthly basis according the Manning contract pożyczki online between the Agency and the Client.
